From October 23 to 25 our company has been taking an active part in the “XI Practical Seminar of PJSC “NK “Rosneft” on Geological Support for Well Drilling” held in Moscow. This event was presented by leaders and experts from Gazpromneft, Lukoil, GERS Technology and others.

Our team presented three reports:

Konstantin Venediktov spoke on the topic “Determination of early signs of sidewall sticking using deep neural networks” noting the successful testing completion.

Nikita Samokhvalov presented the report “Automated generation of a network schedule for the construction of oil and gas wells taking into account lessons learned and ILT” prepared jointly with Nikolai Tsyndra. In his speech Nikita revealed the functionality of Avtoplan and explained how the lessons learned are compiled.

Aleksandr Erokhin, in cooperation with colleagues from Moscow Institute of Geological Exploration presented work on the analysis of natural low-frequency ground vibrations. These studies have the potential to solve a number of applied problems in geology.

All reports were accompanied by numerous questions and active discussion at the end of the presentations.

In continuation of their participation in the XI Practical Seminar of PJSC “NK “Rosneft”, Aleksandr Erokhin and Aleksey Belov received an invitation to the III All-Russian Scientific Conference with international participation “Modern methods for assessing seismic hazard and forecasting earthquakes.”

At this forum Erokhin and Belov presented the same report as at the event at IGiRGI dedicated to the analysis of natural low-frequency ground vibrations. Thereby they proved that their job is currently relevant and significant and generates high interest of scientists and experts.
