Randevu

Purpose

Randevu is a software package for a local digital environment with the ability to integrate with similar systems through the central office of the company.

The package includes the following:

text chat with file sharing capabilities;
SIP server providing PAC (public address communication), with the function of recording all conversations and the ability to notify personnel of events;
video chat and conference calling with recording function;
electronic office that supports joint editing of documents;
file archive ensuring quick contextual search for documents;
video surveillance with real-time video analytics with feedback;
monitoring system for the quality of communication and network equipment with notification.

The purpose of the SP is to create a unified digital (multimedia) environment for collective work of contractors’ and Customer’s representatives. In practice, the software implements the concept of an electronic office with various functions for the creation of electronic document flow ensuring quick search, access control, request-based import/export, interaction with a local and remote team of specialists regardless of location, monitoring of compliance with various requirements in the field of technical safety, discipline and production quality by personnel.

Centralized management of access rights, audit of system performance from the Customer’s office with minimal load on the channel between the wellsite and the office.

Integration of “Randevu” with existing monitoring and accounting systems at the wellsite (WellOnline, WellReport, Wellchannel software)
Integration with a local video surveillance system (including mobile field cameras).
Integration of “Randevu” with the ACC and VC systems in the customer’s office (if communication allows)

ACC/VC functions

Possibility of voice calls and ACC using VoIP from any device and browser. Integration with radio stations that support DFTM. This will allow combining analogue and digital broadcasting zones.
Organization of both internal calls and ACC with the Customer’s office directly from the workplace (landline IP phone), from a browser (web application) or from a mobile application
A single list of contacts and identification of missed and received (dialed) calls in the History section
Organization of both internal videoconferencing and videoconferencing with the Customer’s office directly from the workplace from a browser or from a mobile gadget
The ability to add video output from any video signal (IP cameras, DVR/NVR, field cameras such as GoPro, archived video files) directly to the video conferencing room for discussion with colleagues with one click.
Demonstration of your desktop during VC
Ability to add employees or video sources from the global contact book. VC integration with telephony.

CHAT functions

Secure, distributed messenger (chat) in the browser.

Positioning functions

Cartographic interface of the subsystem for monitoring the movement of personnel at the wellsite (geopositioning). Records the history of employee movements and cases of personnel who are not authorized to be in hazardous areas, with subsequent reporting to the Supervisor or safety engineer.

Automatic alarm for being in a hazardous area (field test)

A secure digital archive that stores various materials related to the stages of well construction:
Audio video recordings, chats (if required), letters, tasks, calendars, etc. Full-text search of documents and a multi-level recycle bin of deleted items are supported.

Video analytics module. Machine vision

Providing wellsite personnel performing control functions with reliable digital means (gadgets) for photo-video recording of incidents and a remote data collection terminal for field conditions (Devices which can be integrated with peripherals such as RFID, 2D barcode, etc. are considered).
