WellReport LP

Purpose

The software package “Generation of production reporting for well construction - WellReport LP” (WellReport LP) ensures complete documenting of all works and operations carried out at the wellsite during the construction of oil and gas wells. The package can be used by the Customer’s specialists as well as in coordination with the Customer, by specialists from other service companies in the oil and gas industry.

The WellReport LP serves as the main source of information for maintaining all reporting from production facilities. Also, this package is an information base for performing a technical and economic analysis of the company’s activities and evaluating the quality of works and researches performed.

The software package is intended for the work of supervisors, GTI station operators, specialists from geological and technological services of oil and gas production companies, construction contractors and geophysical service companies. The scope of application of the WellReport LP is derrick installation works, construction, testing, well completion, geological and engineering surveys and well-logging operations.

Functionality

WellReport LP includes the following programs:

PvNavigator – is designed to create a database of primary information at the wellsite.

WellProject is intended for maintaining and accounting design data for well construction, generating the “Drilling Program” document. Users can specify a detailed design description of the well construction process, process parameters, drilling and development intervals, and drill fluid parameters. Users can prepare well abandonment/suspension schedule for optimal construction planning.

WellReport is intended for maintaining and accounting actual data on well construction, accounting productive time and non-productive time indicating the share of responsibility; drilling equipment (and operating time control), personnel and compliance with health and safety

Users can comprehensively describe the well construction process for each operation, specify the equipment used, determine the technological parameters used during operations, generate reports on the start and completion of drilling, NPT acts, promptly inform well supervisors about NPT cases, describe the BHA and well design.

Automatic generation of reports based on created data allows you to optimize the process of generating daily drilling reports, well casing reports, drilling efficiency executive summaries, NPT reports, drilling operation summaries, factor analysis and other materials.

“Reference Data Editor” is designed to support and update reference information of the WellReport LP. The program ensures the generation of reference information on well construction in a database at the corporate level and the transfer of this information to the levels of the wellsite.

The administration module provides management of user accounts and provision of the required level of access to objects. The program also configures rights to launch SP programs and monitor user actions.
