WellPivot LP

Purpose

The WellPivot LP Software Package “Data Analysis” (WellPivot LP) allows users to conduct detailed data analysis, view infographics, and receive data downloads in various formats. The WellPivot LP can be used by specialists in oil and gas production and drilling companies in the oil and gas industry.

The main purpose of using the software package is to automate the process of generating all types of reports from production facilities, performing a technical and economic analysis of the company’s activities and evaluating the quality of works and researches performed.

The sources of information for performing analytics are the following data:

project documentation for well construction;
daily reporting by service contractors generated during the well construction process;
GTI, MWD\LWD automated data;
initial financial data for well construction

The use of the WellPivot LP provides the user with the opportunity to analyze in detail data on any objects including subsidiaries, fields, wells, sections, runs, etc.; conduct a detailed analysis of the work of contractors, NPT analysis at the well; “well history”; and view planned and actual drilling time charts.

The WellPivot LP has a wide range of applications, from accounting and reporting on one drilling object to analyzing data for an entire company.

Functionality

Basic tools for conducting due diligence:

Displaying of operational information on the current state of drilling objects, grouping and selection of objects for further analysis using filters according to various criteria (Branch, Field, Well Pad, Well, Well purpose, Well profile, Well type, Number of additional wellbores, Drilling unit type and others.).

Viewing of detailed information on selected objects.

Obtaining of dynamics in key performance indicators.

WellPivot LP allows you to trace the dynamics of key performance indicators according to specified criteria:

Accident risk: Number of accidents, Number of complications, Accident rate, Accident severity rate.
Data on over-drills for geological or technological reasons: Number of over-drills, NPT due to over-drills, days, NPT due to over-drills, %, Tunneling along over-drills, Duration of over-drills.
Duration data: Drilling, NPT, days, NPT, %, PT, days, Total time plan, days, Total time actual, days.
Tunneling data: Drilling rate, Commercial speed, Tunneling overall, Tunneling in the pilot wellbore, Tunneling along over-drills, Tunneling effective, Depth, plan, Depth, fact, Depth of the pilot wellbore, Length of the horizontal wellbore.

Gant Chart. The diagram displays the planned and actual schedules for drilling wells with the ability to visualize the drilling duration, % NPT, and the planned duration compared to actual duration of well drilling.

“Well history”. Viewing of all well documents available in the database. Generation of summary reports for selected objects with specified characteristics in xlsx format, such as Daily report, Time balance report, NPT Summary report by contractors, Well bore bit performance analysis, etc.

Automated distribution of reports by e-mail. The Package allows you to automatically distribute the required reports to company specialists at a specified time.
Cataloging and storage of documentation on construction projects.
Data control. The Package allows you to analyze the quality and completeness of GTI data and production reporting received from the wellsite.
